In therapy, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where we can work on understanding the situation you are in and how to make changes in your life. I will not use pre-established templates or put labels on you in our therapeutic work, instead I will aim to untangle issues, relationships and thoughts you may be struggling with. I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, work related issues, bereavement and loss.

I provide therapy in English and in Swedish.
